The Train, narrates the happenings that took place between 6 am and 6 pm on the fateful day of the Mumbai train blasts.

Mammootty: Mammootty's character Kedarnath may remind you of the late ATS chief Hemant Karkare, who lost his life during the terror attacks that rocked Mumbai city on November 26 in 2008.

Jayasurya: There is another important character, Karthik, played by Youth Star Jayasurya. Karthik is a track singer who is also a great fan of A.R. Rahman. He boards the train on the ill-fated day with dreams in his heart. He is in love with a girl, who he met on the train, and they decide to meet on July 11 at 6 pm.

റീമാ സെന്‍ മലയാളത്തിലേക്ക്. ഷാജി കൈലാസ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ‘കിംഗ് 2’ ആണ് റീമയുടെ മലയാളപ്രവേശത്തിന് അരങ്ങൊരുക്കുന്നത്. മെഗാസ്റ്റാര്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ നായികയായാണ് റീമ മലയാളത്തിലെത്തുന്നത്. ചിത്രത്തിന്‍റെ ഡിസ്കഷന്‍ വിവിധതലങ്ങളില്‍ പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നു.
